Pay Dues

We offer three different options to pay association maintenance fees:
Online via eCheck or Credit Card, US Mail or Bill-Pay

Via eCheck or Credit Card (one time & recurring options)

Set up a one time or recurring payment using eCheck, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
***The eCheck is free of charge and there is a 3% fee if you use a credit card and a $5.00 fee for debit cards.

What do I need to do?

Make your payment payable to the name of your H.O.A. and mail it in the envelope provided along with your remittance form that is located at the bottom of your statement on your account. Be sure the address clearly shows through the window on the envelope.

Important: Please write your homeowner account number on your payment.

Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay

How does it work? Set up your association, using the name of your HOA, as a payee with your bank’s online banking bill-pay. If you were already using your bank’s onine bill pay system, PLEASE login to the serevice, stop/delete your existing payment and create a new payment with our new processing address.

What do I need to do? Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as below:

Payee: Name of your Homeowners Association
Address 1: c/o Property Masters, Inc. Processing Center
Address 2: P.O. Box 97995

Account Number/Reference Number: Your Homeowner Account Number or property address

If you were previously using our ACH Direct Debit program, that option is no longer available.
